We are young and experienced.

We are a young company, established in 2016 after an IT services research and consultancy firm broke up into two different companies. All the software and technology that was developed for measuring IT end user experience at multinationals, was then incorporated into a separate and independent company called Know Why. Considering these roots, we have a 20-year track record in online surveys and reporting. In this time, we have seen technology develop fast. We combine all our experience with the latest technology, like HTML5 applications and API’s, to communicate between systems.

We are driven.

We help organisations realise the optimum trade-off between a respondent’s precious time, and the need for relevant insights. We like showing the power of a continuous feedback process, and we love creating relevant and resilient processes. We are a team of 30, spread across development, delivery and client management. We currently work for large multinationals like Philips, Heineken, Vattenfall and Vodafone. We run close to 100 different continuous projects, over a total of 34 different languages, the most uncommon being Khmer, Laotian, Burmese and Mongolian. We are based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with a development centre in Asia.
